Jorritsma Design currently provides support via email or phone as we build our support forum, knowledge base and tutorials. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT-5). During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 24 hours. We will answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours.
While we cover support for our solutions, we can’t give general Filemaker support that isn’t related to our solutions. For general Filemaker support you will need to use www.filemaker.com/support.
Modification Support
If you need modification help for minor revisions, we will be glad to assist you at no charge; however, if your query requires significant revisions, we can provide an add-on request and quote for the services requested.
Bug Fixing
We are committed to fixing all bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 48 hours. We will also try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core solution package.
