Extend the Sign Matrix Report

Follow the steps to create Sign Matrix report with more than 15 levels.

Export Excel File

Step 1 Go to LEVEL table

Step 2 Records: Show All Records.

Step 3 File: Export Records… as Excel file.

Create Excel File For Missing Levels

Step 1 Copy the Excel file.

Step 2 Open the copied Excel file.

Step 3 Delete the first 15 levels and keep the rest.

Step 4 Save as: Level_16-22

Create Original Sign Matrix Report

Step 1 Go to SIGN table.

Step 2 Reports : --choose-- : Sign Matrix

This is will create a matrix for levels 1 to 15.

Showing Missing Floor Only

Step 1 Go to LEVEL table

Step 2 Records: Show All Records.

Step 3 Records: Delete Found Records.

Step 4 File: Import Records: Level_16-22

When importing select: Don't import the first record (contains field names)

When importing select Arrange by: matching names

Running Missing Levels Report

Step 1 Go to SIGN table.

Step 2 Reports : --choose-- : Sign Matrix

This is will create a matrix for levels 16 to 22.

Putting LEVEL Back To Normal

Step 1 Go to LEVEL table

Step 2 Records: Show All Records.

Step 3 Records: Delete Found Records.

Step 4 File: Import Records: Original file

When importing select: Don't import the first record (contains field names)

When importing select Arrange by: matching names
