Delete Signs - Keep Record

This option is used to track deleted sign in Reports

Watch this video to see how to delete a sign but keep a record.

InDesign

1. In paper space, select Sign to be deleted
2. Strikethrough text by Selecting the text and use the strikethrough tool

Create an Object style with a strikethrough already built into and just select that.

3. Open story editor (command + Y)

Use the new InDesign Edit Dialog instead of story editor in version 2.2.1 and greater

4. Change the Status to "DELETED"
5. Follow Export from InDesign / Import to FileMaker instructions

Synchronize

Follow synchronization steps as per the version of SignAgent Pro™ you are using

FileMaker

1. Switch to SIGN layout
2. Choose Report to print
3. The Sign has a strikethrough and the Quantity is set to "0"

The sign's STATUS must be exactly DELETED to Strikethrough the Sign on all reports.
