Delete Signs - Hide Record

Use this option hide a sign from printed reports.

Hiding Deleted Sign From Reports

InDesign

1. In paper space, select Sign to be deleted
2. Strikethrough text by Selecting the text and use the strikethrough tool

Create an Object style with a strikethrough already built into and just select that.

3. Select Sign & Leader and move it to "DELETED SIGNS" Layer
4. Open story editor (command + Y)

Use the new InDesign Edit Dialog instead of story editor in version 2.2.1 and greater

5. Change the Phase to DELETED
6. Change the Status to DELETED

Synchronize

Follow synchronization steps as per the version of SignAgent Pro™ you are using

FileMaker

1. Switch to SIGN layout
2. Choose Report to print
3. The Sign has been completely hidden from the Report

PHASE & STATUS must be exactly DELETED to hide the Sign on all reports.
