Creating Signs In InDesign

Option for Creating Signs
- Option + up/down arrow
- Option + drag
- Copy and Paste command + C then command + V
- Step and Repete Option + Command + U
Great for signs in close each other. Usually one sign at a time.
Great for starting a new grouping of signs. You can select more than one sign and copy.
You will need to move the signs into the result set before synchronizing
Follow onscreen prompts.

However, you now don't have to worry about moving the signs back into the result set. In fact, you can completely hide the structure window because you no longer have use for it.
