Support Policy

Jorritsma Design currently provides support via email or phone as we build our support forum, knowledge base and tutorials. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT-5). During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 24 hours. We will answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours.

While we cover support for SignAgent Pro™ and SignAgent Manager™, we can’t give general FileMaker Pro or Adobe InDesign support that isn’t related to our solutions. For general Filemaker support you will need to use www.filemaker.com/support. For general Adobe InDesign support you will need to use http://www.adobe.com/support/indesign/.
