<h4>NOTE:</h4>
<p>If you are ever going to perform a task that you are unfamiliar with I would recommend closing the file AA-001-SignAgent Pro.fp7 and re-open it. That way you can perform you task and if it doesn&#8217;t work out how you desired you can replace AA-001-SignAgent Pro.fp7 with the Archive.fp7 file.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Excel Folder:</strong> This is where Microsoft Excel files that are automatically exported from SignAgent Pro go. DO NOT RENAME OR MOVE THIS FOLDER. It should always remain in the main root folder.</li>
<li><strong>Fonts Folder:</strong> Contains all of the fonts that are required for proper viewing of SignAgent Pro.</li>
<li><strong>Links Folder:</strong> Contains all of the files linked to your InDesign document. Place floor plans files here.</li>
<li><strong>XML Folder:</strong> Contains the XML file that FileMaker and InDesign share. DO NOT RENAME OR MOVE THIS FOLDER. It should always remain in the main root folder.</li>
<li><strong>XML File:</strong> The file name must equal &lt;&lt;job number&gt;&gt;.xml ie. AA-001.xml. You can modify the job number under the PROJECT menu in SignAgent Pro. DO NOT MOVE THIS FILE. It should always remain in the XML folder.</li>
<li><strong>INTERNAL Folder:</strong> Contains the XML files that FileMaker uses. DO NOT RENAME OR MOVE THIS FOLDER. It should always remain in the XML Folder.</li>

Select FMPXMLRESULT
Select drop down menu &#62; Export XML.
Save as &#60;&#60;JOB NUMBER&#62;&#62;.xml in the XML folder inside the main project folder.

<h3>Permanently Deleting a Sign</h3>
<h4>CAUTION:</h4>
<p>BACK UP YOUR FILES IF YOU ARE TRYING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME!</p>
<h4>InDesign</h4>
<ol>
<li>In paper space, select Sign and delete it.</li>
<li>Go to Structure window.</li>
<li>Open RESULTSET</li>
<li>Find ROW that appears as &#8220;&lt;&gt;&#8221; Select and Delete it.</li>
<li>Select FMPXMLRESULT</li>
<li>Select drop down menu &gt; Export XML.</li>
<li>Save as &lt;&lt;JOB NUMBER&gt;&gt;.xml in the XML folder inside the main project folder.</li>
<li>Replace the existing file.</li>
<li>Leave Export Options as is.</li>
</ol>
<h4>FileMaker</h4>
<ol>
<li>Switch to SIGN layout</li>
<li>Select SYNC tool</li>
<li>Press the &#8220;IMPORT&#8221; Button to update Location Plan Table.</li>
</ol>
<h4>NOTE:</h4>
<p>You will notice a &#8220;Wall of Red&#8221; up to the point of misalignment. (Message Schedule = A1-A1-100 &amp; Location Plan = B1-A1-101) To re-align the Message Schedule and Location Plan Tables you need to remove the Sign in the Message Schedule that was Deleted in the Location Plan.</p>
<ol>
<li>Select the Radio Button on the left side of the screen at the point on misalignment. Indicating that you wish to remove A1-A1-100</li>
<li>Press &#8220;[X] Delete Marked&#8221; Button. This will remove the sign in the Message Schedule that is causing the misalignment.</li>
</ol>
<h4>IMPORTANT:</h4>
<p>Do not mix tasks when you are permanently deleting a sign.</p>
